a user experience designer with a neurodiversity background

I am a UX designer from Poland. My previously completed qualifications include a Bachelor of Economic Analysis, a Master in Creative Management, majoring in User Experience Design, a Postgraduate in User Experience and Product Design and Postgraduate in Neurodiversity in the Workplace (inclusive recruitment and management).

After my studies, I completed an internship in UX working for Capgemini, Poland. I then had the opportunity to work as a Junior UX Designer for RTV Euro AGD, one of the biggest e-commerce companies in Poland.

I am a truly empathetic and communicative person, as well as a dedicated team worker with strong analytical skills. I listen carefully during in-depth interviews and work with an open mind and flexibility while creating new solutions. Furthermore, I am strongly focused on development and open to new challenges.

In my spare time, I enjoy sailing and spending time by the water. I like playing board games and reading books. I also love spending my leisure time with friends and relatives.
